Processing Time
Every Botirry item is made-to-order. Once you place your order:
- Processing: 5-7 business days (we print, cut, and sew your order)
- Shipping: 7-15 business days (US average) via tracked delivery
- Total time: Typically 12-22 business days from order to delivery
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat per order
- FREE Shipping: on all orders over $75 🎉
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check status anytime on our Track Order page.
Delays
Peak seasons (Nov-Dec, May), holidays, and weather may extend delivery by 2-5 business days. We'll email you if there's any significant delay on your order.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, email support@botirry.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After production begins (typically 24-48 hours), address changes may not be possible.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
