Are your straps really handmade?
Yes. Every strap is cut, saddle-stitched, and edge-finished by hand in our small Da Nang workshop, one piece at a time.
How do I choose my size?
Measure the gap between your watch lugs in millimeters - that is your lug width. The second number is the buckle width, usually a touch narrower. If you are unsure, email support@botirry.com and we will help.
Will it fit my watch?
We offer a wide range of lug and buckle widths and use quick-release spring bars, so most watches with a standard lug gap will work. For unusual cases, ask us first.
How long until I get it?
Because each strap is made to order, please allow 3 to 5 business days for crafting. Tracked delivery then takes about 10 to 15 business days to the US and 12 to 20 business days to other countries. Most US orders arrive in about 3 to 4 weeks, and international orders in about 4 to 5 weeks.
What leather do you use?
Premium calf leathers such as Epsom, Togo, and Babele, a hand-rubbed patina line, and a small selection of genuine, responsibly sourced exotic leather. Every hide is chosen by hand.
How do I care for my strap?
Keep it dry, wipe it with a soft cloth, and let it rest between wears. Avoid soaking it or leaving it in direct heat. Treated kindly, leather only looks better with age.
Can I return it?
Yes. If something is not right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
