Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to love your strap. If it does not feel right, we are here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with no signs of wear. To start a return, email support@botirry.com with your order number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned strap, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Made-to-order and custom items
Because each strap is handmade to your chosen size, custom-length or special-request orders may not be eligible for return unless they arrive faulty. We will always work with you if there is a problem.
Faulty or wrong items
If your strap arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including any return shipping.
