Shipping Policy
Every Botirry strap is handmade to order, so each order has two parts: crafting time and delivery time.
Processing
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to cut, stitch, and finish your strap before it ships.
Delivery
We ship worldwide with tracked standard delivery. Transit time depends on your destination:
- United States: 10 to 15 business days
- Outside the United States: 12 to 20 business days
With crafting time included, most US orders arrive in about 3 to 4 weeks, and international orders in about 4 to 5 weeks from the day you order.
Shipping cost
Standard tracked shipping is free on every order, worldwide.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow your strap to your door. If your tracking has not updated for several days, email support@botirry.com and we will look into it.
Customs and duties
Orders may occasionally be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local authorities. These are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
